Report a timer problem

Include the following information so we can try to reproduce it:

• The page address and the duration you selected.
• Your browser and device, and whether the timer was embedded, fullscreen or in a background tab.
• The steps you took, what you expected and what happened instead.
• For a sound issue, whether a short countdown works with the page visible and the device volume on.

Please do not send student names, identifiable classroom photos, health information or confidential slides. A screenshot of the controls with private information removed is enough for most display problems.

Corrections and suggestions

For a correction, include the page and the sentence or step that needs updating. For a feature suggestion, describe the task you are trying to finish and what currently gets in the way.
